Gold Rush Writers Conference

I’ll be presenting at the 11th annual Gold Rush Writers Conference, founded by novelist Antoinette May, taking place May 5, 6 & 7, at the Hotel Leger, Mokelumne Hill, CA. The very reasonable price of $165 rises to $175 after March 30. This includes a picnic supper, dinner and brunch, plus–and most importantly–four out of 16 fabulous workshops. I’ll be teaching a workshop on historical fiction. Spend a weekend surrounded by fellow writers in a Gold Rush hotel (haunted? some say yes) with great food. www.goldrushwriters.com

Event starts at 12:30 and runs until 2:00. There is a fee for the lunch; please visit http://www.gilroyaauw.org/html/fall_memebership_lunch_2011.html for details.
